Job description

**Job Summary** The Line Leader Production is responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring daily production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. The role involves leading production operators, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in an EMS manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and supervise production operators on the assigned SMT/FATP/Assembly line. - Ensure achievement of daily production targets, productivity, and on-time delivery. - Monitor manpower allocation, line balancing, and machine utilization. - Ensure adherence to production plans, SOPs, and work instructions. - Coordinate with Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and Stores for smooth line operations. - Monitor production KPIs including Output, OEE, UPH, FPY, Downtime, and Rejection. - Conduct shift handovers and daily production meetings. - Ensure compliance with 5S, ESD, Safety, and company policies. - Identify production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. - Maintain production records, shift reports, and manpower attendance. **Qualifications** - Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering. - 2 to 7 years in EMS/Electronics Manufacturing with at least 2 years of experience in leading a production line.
