**Greetings from TCS!!** **Walkin Drive \\_TCS Hyderabad!!** **Role - MS365 & Exchange** **Experience - 12 to 15 years** **Location - Hyderabad** **Qualification - B.tech/ Graduation** **Skills- Microsoft 365 services such as Teams,** **SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Office apps, Viva, Azure and Copilot,SLA/SLO,SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, Azure and OneDrive.** **Role & responsibilities** Application Operations Lead for M365 Services : is responsible for leading operations, administration, and support across Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Office apps, Viva, Azure and Copilot. The role requires strong expertise in M365 platform management, PowerShell scripting, stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, governance reporting, and ensuring SLA/SLO compliance. Junior Support Executive in M365 Apps: for L2/L3 application operations support across Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, Azure and OneDrive. The role involves troubleshooting user issues, managing tenant-level configurations , supporting administration activities, and using PowerShell/Azure to improve operational efficiency. Senior Support Executive in M365 Services): Responsible for L2/L3 application operations and support across Microsoft 365 apps such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, Azure and OneDrive. The role involves troubleshooting user issues, managing tenant-level configurations, supporting governance and change processes, and using PowerShell/Azure knowledge to ensure smooth platform operations.
