**Role: M365 Support Engineer** **Experience : 3-8 years** **Walk in Date : 20th June 26** Location Address: Tata Consultancy Services Limited , Deccan Park , Plot No.1, · Software Units Layout, · Madhapur, Hyderabad 500081. **Must-Have** - **Must have at least 3 to 5 years application operations experience in M365 apps like SPO, Teams, outlook, OneDrive etc. at L2 and L3 level.** - Drive meeting with end users to understand issues, troubleshoot issues and fix the issues. - Experience/knowledge in managing group-based licenses, validation of new changes from MS and configurations at tenant level - Hands-on experience in writing PowerShell scripting - Experience in troubleshooting issues related to SharePoint online , Teams, OneDrive , office suite etc. - Experience in Incident management, Problem management and change management processes. - Hand-on experience in working knowledge articles **Good-to-Have** Experience / knowledge in MS Azure
