Job Requirements\\* Must-Have Must have at least 3 to 5 years application operations experience in M365 apps like SPO, Teams, outlook, OneDrive etc. at L2 and L3 level. Drive meeting with end users to understand issues, troubleshoot issues and fix the issues. Experience/knowledge in managing group-based licenses, validation of new changes from MS and configurations at tenant level Hands-on experience in writing PowerShell scripting Experience in troubleshooting issues related to SharePoint online , Teams, OneDrive , office suite etc. Experience in Incident management, Problem management and change management processes. Hand-on experience in working knowledge articles Good-to-Have Experience / knowledge in MS Azure Key Responsibilities\\* Perform all support activities, proactively identify issues and propose solutions Participate in every weeks governance meetings Perform all administration activities, proactively identify issues and propose solutions Provide technical support in rolling out the apps Coordinate with development and support teams
