Job description

Position: Mechanism Design Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 1 to 6 Years Education: BE- Mech/B Tech- Mech Job Description: Concept preparation, Detail engg. Work, Co-ordination with supplier for Feasibility and Finalising the conecpts of Mechanism Parts. Create Technical Proposals for New Concepts & resolution of Technical Issues to meet attributes. Preparation of TRSO with Suppliers DMU check and releases of the final design in the system as per customer guidelines, Preparation of DFMEAs, Finalising DVPs. To support the SOP related and the Validation issues. Packaging of the Sunroof system in Hornbill and Altroz Preparation of SOR & RFQ. Job Responsibility: Design feasibility of Mechanism Parts like Outer Door Handles, Side door Latches, Hood Latch, Front and Rear Wiper systems, Sunroof Systems,Gas Balancer, Strikers, Window Winding regulators, Check Strap. Co-ordination with Supplier for pacakaging feasibility and fanalising the concepts of Mechanism parts. Cost-reduction ideas discussion and fanalisation with Supplier. Release of the Design in the system.
