Medical Representative (MR) Marketing / Business Development Apollo Medics Super Specialty Hospital, Lucknow (Any region in UP) Reporting To Marketing Manager / Business Development Head Job Summary Apollo Medics Super Specialty Hospital is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to promote the hospitals clinical services, specialties, and healthcare programs among doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for building strong professional relationships, generating referrals, and contributing to patient acquisition and business growth. Key Responsibilities \\* Promote Apollo Medics hospital services, specialties, and treatment programs to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. \\* Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare providers. \\* Conduct regular field visits and meetings with consultants, physicians, and healthcare institutions. \\* Generate patient referrals and support business development initiatives. \\* Organize CME programs, doctor meetings, health camps, and promotional activities. \\* Provide accurate information regarding hospital facilities, specialties, and treatment offerings. \\* Maintain daily visit reports, referral records, and market feedback. \\* Identify new referral opportunities and market potential in assigned territories. \\* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient referral and service experience. \\* Achieve assigned targets related to referrals, outreach, and business growth. Required Qualifications \\* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Science, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences preferred. \\* 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, Healthcare Marketing Executive, or similar role. \\* Freshers with excellent communication and field marketing skills may also apply. Skills & Competencies \\* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \\* Good knowledge of healthcare services and medical terminology. \\* Relationship-building and negotiation skills. \\* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. \\* Ability to travel extensively for field visits. \\* Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Preferred Candidate Profile \\* Experience in hospital marketing, pharma sales, or healthcare business development. \\* Existing network with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers in Lucknow and nearby areas. \\* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
