Mega Walk-In Drive in Pune for Network professionals Hi Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services!! \\*\\*Walk-In Drive Details\\*\\* Date: 8 Aug 2026 Time: 9:00 AM 1:30 PM Venue: TCS Pune Tata Consultancy Services, Pune Maan, Sahyadri Park, Plot No. 2 & 3, Phase 3, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Maan, Hinjawadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411057 (SP1) **Experience- 6-10 year** **Mode: Walk-in Interview** **Job Requirements\\*** 1. **Hands-on experience with the configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of** 1. **Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) and Access Points (APs).** 2. **Cisco Prime Infrastructure / DNA Center** 3. **Cisco ISE, RADIUS/AAA, 802.1X authentication** 2. **Good understanding of:** 1. **Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax)** 2. **RF fundamentals, modulation, interference, roaming** 3. **Wireless security (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, EAP types)** 4. **Site survey tools like Ekahau, AirMagnet.** 3. **Handle L2 wireless incidents, service requests, and user connectivity issues.** 4. **Troubleshoot access point (AP) registration, client association, roaming, and authentication problems.** 5. **Perform basic configuration changes on Cisco WLCs (AireOS / 9800 series) under guidance.** 6. **Monitor wireless performance, alarms, and AP/WLC health through tools like Prime/DNAC.** 7. **Assist with RF checks, channel/power adjustments, and coverage validations.** 8. **Support onboarding of new APs, SSID updates, and floor map changes.** 9. **Document resolutions, update SOPs, and provide inputs for knowledge base articles.** 10. **Work closely with L3 teams for escalations and deeper RCA.** **Should be ready to work in 24X7 Shifts.** Saurav Kumar Singh Talent Acquisition Group - HR at Tata Consultancy Services
