ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card)** **Eligibility:** - **Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)** - **Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts** **Job Summary** **The TA Team Member for US Geography supports end-to-end recruitment operations by managing candidate and hiring-related queries through helpdesk channels including calls, chats, and ticketing systems. This role ensures timely resolution of queries related to US hiring, screening, onboarding, and compliance, while maintaining high service quality and SLA adherence in a global HRO environment.** **Key Responsibilities** - **Handle recruitment-related queries via calls, chats, and ticketing systems for US geography** - **Provide support on requisition creation, sourcing coordination, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes** - **Assist with background verification and offer documentation for US hires** - **Resolve simple to moderately complex TA queries within defined SLA timelines** - **Ensure compliance with US hiring regulations (e.g., EEO guidelines, documentation standards)** - **Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams for issue resolution** - **Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and query resolutions** - **Follow standard operating procedures and support process improvements** **Required Qualifications** - **Bachelors degree in any discipline** **Experience Requirements** - **2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/HR operations** - **Minimum 1 year in HR helpdesk or recruitment coordination role** - **Exposure to US recruitment processes preferred** **Key Skills & Competencies** - **Employee/candidate-centric mindset** - **Strong verbal and written communication skills (US stakeholders)** - **Basic understanding of US recruitment lifecycle and compliance** - **Good organizational and coordination skills** - **MS Office (Excel, Outlook) proficiency** - **Attention to detail and accuracy** **Tools & Systems** - **Applicant Tracking Systems: Workday, Taleo, or SuccessFactors (preferred)** - **ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools** - **MS Office Suite** **Stakeholder Interaction** - **Candidates (US-based)** - **Recruitment teams and coordinators** - **Hiring managers (as needed)** - **HR operations teams** **Success Metrics / KPIs** - **SLA adherence for query resolution** - **Candidate experience and satisfaction scores** - **Accuracy and quality of responses** - **Ticket resolution time** - **Compliance adherence** **Language Requirements** - **Fluent English (mandatory)**
