ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card)** **Eligibility:** - **Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)** - **Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts** **Job Summary** **The Workforce Administration (WFA) Team Member supports Employee Data Management and Hire-to-Retire operations by executing transactional activities with high accuracy. The role ensures timely processing of employee data and payroll-related transactions while maintaining compliance and SLA adherence in a global HRO environment.** **Key Responsibilities** - **Process employee data management transactions with high accuracy** - **Handle simple to moderately complex payroll-related updates within Hire-to-Retire lifecycle** - **Maintain employee records in HR systems ensuring data integrity** - **Coordinate with HR, payroll, and upstream/downstream stakeholders** - **Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and audit requirements** - **Support reporting and documentation activities** **Required Qualifications** **Bachelors degree** **Experience Requirements** **2+ years of experience with at least 1 year in employee data management or HR operations** **Key Skills & Competencies** - **High attention to detail** - **Strong communication skills** - **MS Office and Excel proficiency** - **Basic understanding of HR and payroll processes** **Tools & Systems** **SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Kronos** **Stakeholder Interaction** **HR teams, Payroll teams, Employees, Operations teams** **Success Metrics / KPIs** - **Transaction accuracy** - **SLA adherence** - **Data quality** - **Turnaround time** **Language Requirements** **To be defined post FTE estimation approval**
