MEP Expertise (PMC Role) - High Rise Residential, Commercial, Hotel & Hospitality Projects Extensive experience in MEP project management and coordination for large-scale high-rise residential, commercial, hotel, and hospitality developments. Proven expertise in overseeing the complete MEP lifecycle, including design review, value engineering, budgeting, tendering, vendor management, installation supervision, testing & commissioning, and project handover. Strong capability in coordinating with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, BMS, and Utility Services. Adept at ensuring compliance with local codes, international standards, quality requirements, project schedules, and cost controls while delivering technically complex projects within stipulated timelines. Experienced in managing luxury hotels, mixed-use developments, commercial towers, and high-rise residential projects from concept through completion.
