Job description

**Shift- Night shift** **Key Responsibilities:** - Own end-to-end demand forecasting for Manufactured Products and General Merchandise items aligning with merchandising strategy. - Drive forecast accuracy by incorporating sales trends, promotions, and seasonal demand patterns. - Review and approve forecast adjustments based on business changes such as assortment shifts and supply disruptions. - Align with cross-functional teams to ensure consensus-driven demand plans. - Monitor KPIs and provide governance on forecast performance and variances.
