Job description

**Shift- Night shift** **Key Responsibilities:** - Demad Planning - • Manage preparation and delivery of demand forecasts within agreed timelines. - • Track updates to forecasts based on promotions, disruptions, and assortment changes. - • Ensure completeness and accuracy of demand inputs before forecast submission. - • Monitor deviations between forecasted and actual demand and escalate risks. - • Coordinate with stakeholders for timely corrections and alignment - Item Ops:- - • Manage daily item setup, maintenance, and ticket resolution activities. - • Track SLA adherence for item updates, data validations, and issue resolution. - • Ensure accurate execution of item onboarding, delisting, and data modifications. - • Perform quality checks on item data and ensure compliance with standards. - • Coordinate with stakeholders for resolving item-related issues.
