Job Title: Sales Executive Payment Gateway & POS Solutions Key Responsibilities - **POS Machine Sales**: Drive sales of POS terminals to merchants, retailers, and SMEs. - **Payment Gateway Promotion**: Acquire new clients for online payment gateway solutions, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration. - **Merchant Acquisition**: Identify, approach, and convert potential merchants across industries. - **Client Relationship Management**: Build long-term relationships with merchants, providing post-sales support and resolving queries. - **Market Research**: Analyze competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. - **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Required Skills - **Sales Expertise**: Strong background in B2B sales, preferably in fintech or payment solutions. - **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication to pitch solutions effectively. - **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to close deals and manage pricing discussions with merchants. - **Technical Understanding**: Basic knowledge of payment gateway integration and POS machine functionality. - **Customer Orientation**: Focused on delivering value and ensuring merchant satisfaction. Qualifications - Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. - 0-1 years or any fresher of experience in **fintech sales**, merchant acquiring, or POS/payment gateway solutions.
