Role Overview As a **Sales Executive POS Solutions**, you will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition, promoting POS terminals, and building long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities - **POS Machine Sales**: Generate leads, pitch POS solutions, and close sales with merchants across industries. - **Merchant Onboarding**: Facilitate smooth onboarding of merchants into the acquiring ecosystem. - **Relationship Management**: Maintain strong merchant relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. - **Market Development**: Identify new opportunities, analyze competitor offerings, and contribute to sales strategy. - **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue goals. Desired Candidate Profile - Any HSC fresher can apply - 0–4 years of experience in **fintech sales**, merchant acquiring, POS, or payment gateway solutions. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Basic technical understanding of POS machines and payment solutions. - Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to build trust and rapport.
