**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have** Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners 1. Strong experience in Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, and Java-based applications. 2. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, Cache). 3. Experience working with AWS services: EC2, EBS, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, Load Balancer, Elastic Cache, IAM, Route 53, Lambda, Auto Scaling. 4. Hands-on experience with Datadog (Synthetic & RUM Monitoring). 5. Experience in ServiceNow (CRQ, Incident, MIM, CTASK, SCTASK) and Jira for ticket management **Good-to-Have** Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners **1.** Working knowledge of Splunk ITSI and AWS CloudWatch. **2.** Experience with Ansible Tower and Python automation. **3.** Familiarity with AWS CodePipeline and CI/CD processes.
