Job description

Module Lead\\_EDU Electrified Driveline Scope of Role Release management, Programme delivery Area of Responsibility - Plan and track PTSE commodity development from concept through to launch. - Support the PTSE Technical Commodity team to break down development into sprints with clear deliverables aligned to project milestones. - Ensure delivery within agreed budget, timing, and quality targets. - Maintain live documentation using tools such as Confluence and JIRA. - Provide regular status updates and report progress, risks, and mitigation plans to the PTSE Engineering Delivery Manager and stakeholders as required. - Support D&R activities to agreed schedule, ensuring backlog management supports project timing. - Maintain project documentation, including costed BOMs and engineering change requests. - Foster a positive environment, provide support and encouragement to maintain high morale and identify value within the PTSE Technical Commodity team. - Release Management: - Support Bill of Materials (BOM) and part release processes using 3Dx Systems. - Support PTSE commodity team to maintain documentation for design changes, approvals, and release milestones. - Facilitate risks and opportunity cost conversations with all stakeholders to ensure alignment ahead of release activity. - Programme Delivery: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including programme teams, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and development teams. - Track programme timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time component delivery. - Support the PTSE Technical Commodity team with the creation of business cases to support design and release activity. Knowledge / Experience 8 to 10 Years Essential: - Project management. - Relevant domain experience preffered. - Ownership mindset, problem solving, customer focus. - Tools - AGILE JIRA, 3Dx, SAP, MS tools Qualification: Bachelors or Master's degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
