Job description

**Role & responsibilities** Must-Have 1. Must have Hands-on experience on Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD and Palo-Alto Firewall 2. Hands on experience in installation, operations, incident management, monitoring & management of network security Infrastructure. 3. Hands on experience with firewall policy creation, modification and deletion through Palo Alto Panorama, Cisco Security Manager and FMC 4. Extensive knowledge of Palo Alto Next Gen Palo Alto Firewall 5. Working knowledge on Palo Alto Panorama, Cisco Security Manager and FMC 6. Must have knowledge on Site-to-Site VPN, Client VPN and Cisco Secure Network Server and ISE 7. Good Communication skills and Open to work in 24\\*7 environment Good-to-Have 1. Should have knowledge on routing and switching 2. Basic Idea about wireless networking SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Able to work and resolve on trouble tickets, handle tickets escalation 2 Able to work on Service-Now (Incidents/Change Requests/Work Orders)
