Walk-in || Network Support Engineer L2

**Role & responsibilities** **Required Technical Skill Set**\\*\\* Routing, Switching (Cisco, Juniper, Meraki) **Must-Have\\*\\*** **(Ideally should not be more than 5-7)** - 5+ years of experience in Network support - **Hands on work experience in Cisco Products** (Nexus Switches, Cisco 6500 switches, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Access Points and Cisco Meraki) - **Hands on work experience in Juniper Products** (EX and QFX switches and MX Series router) - Hands on experience in **Wireless troubleshooting** Cisco WLC and Meraki - **Hands on experience in Routing Protocol BGP and OSPF** - Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing Network issues. - Technical co-ordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance - Coordinate with Customer Local Site Contact for Hardware/cabling/ WAN link related issues **Good-to-Have** 1. Knowledge in HP Access Points 2. Knowledge in F5 Load Balancer 3. CCNP and above Certification 4. ITIL Certified or a Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and change Management disciplines.
