**WALK-IN Interview-Mandatory to bring original and photocopies of your Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, passport-size photograph, and updated resume to attend the walk-in interview.** **Role & responsibilities** We are looking for a **Non-IT Sourcer** with hands-on experience in hiring for **Customer Support, International Voice, CXM, and BPO roles**. The ideal candidate should have expertise in bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management through various recruitment channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source candidates for Customer Support, International Voice, CXM, and related non-IT roles. - Utilize Naukri, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels to build talent pipelines. - Screen and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements. - Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures. - Meet daily and monthly sourcing targets. **Requirements:** - Minimum 1+ years of experience in Non-IT sourcing/recruitment. - Experience hiring for Customer Support, International Voice, CXM, or BPO processes. - Strong sourcing and screening skills. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers. **Additional Requirements:** - Work from Office is mandatory. - Flexible to work on Saturdays, if required. - Immediate joiners preferred.
