**Experience 8-12 Years** **Location : Bengaluru** TCS Yeshwanthpur Towers 2GGW+45J, Yeshwanthpur Industrial Suburb, Yeswanthpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560022 **Walkin Drive Date : 8 Aug 2026 Saturday (No virtual)** **Desired Competencies** **Must Have** **1. Platform administration**: Strong hand-on experience in Redhat Openshift platform administration including installation, configure, upgrade & maintain OCP clusters. Strong on RHEL 8/9 node build, kernel tuning, SELinux, patching, and OCP-on-RHEL lifecycle management. **2. OCP infrastructure management**: Manage Control & Worker nodes, manage Openshift operators, capacity tuning, perform Backup & Disaster Recovery activities (DR drill), troubleshoot critical infrastructure related issues. **3. Application support:** Support application deployment, manage quota/resource allocation, work with development team to optimize containerized applications. **4. Monitoring & Automation:** Configure & maintain OCP monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK. Automate deployment process by Ansible or Python. Use of Jenkins/Gitlab CI-CD pipeline. **5. Security & Compliance:** Implement RBAC, manage users/groups/service accounts etc., configure secrets, certificates, security scanning, ensure compliance as per organizational best security standards. Good to have - Red Hat certifications – EX280 (OpenShift Administration), EX288 (OpenShift Development), EX380 (Automation with Ansible), RHCE. - Experience with **multi-tenant OCP architectures** (namespace/project isolation, quotas, network segmentation). - Exposure to Red Hat **Advanced Cluster Management (RH ACM**), ACS, Quay registry, and OpenShift Virtualization. - Strong experience with **Cloud-native environment**, Kubernetes, Docker / Containers. - Concepts of DNS, Load Balancers, Ingress - Exposure to service mesh (Istio / OpenShift Service Mesh) and API Gateway patterns. - Hands-on with **GitLab as CI/CD** – pipeline authoring, runners, GitOps deployments to OCP (ArgoCD / Tekton exposure a plus).
