TCS Is Hiring for **Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant** ( Walkin on 20th Jun at Hyderabad) Exp: 5 to 15 Years Location: Hyderabad **Role & responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** - Configuration for **Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Comp, Self services, Performance, Learning**, **Recruitment** - Define and manage security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies. - Perform data migration and conversions. - Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance. - Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT) and ensure defect resolution. - Work on **HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST APIs, OIC**. - Manage data migration and loading using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader
