**TCS Walkin Drive Oracle Fusion HCM Functional | Bangalore | 20th June 2026** Exciting opportunity for experienced **Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants** to join **Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)**! **Location:** TCS Brigade Bhuwalka Icon, Whitefield, Bangalore **Date:** 20th June 2026 **Experience:** **5+ Years** **Job Description (JD)** We are looking for skilled professionals with strong expertise in **Oracle Fusion HCM Functional**. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement and support **Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, etc.)** - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions - Configure and customize Oracle HCM applications - Work with technical teams for integrations and data migration - Support testing activities (SIT/UAT) and production deployment - Provide postimplementation support and issue resolution **Required Skills:** - Strong experience in **Oracle Fusion HCM Functional** - Knowledge of **Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence modules** - Experience in **end-to-end implementations / support projects** - Understanding of **business processes & HR workflows** - Good communication and stakeholder management skills **Good to Have:** - Experience with **HCM integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)** - Exposure to **Oracle Cloud / Fast Formulas** - Knowledge of reporting tools (OTBI / BI) **Documents to carry:** - Photocopy of updated resume - Aadhaar Card - PAN Card - Passport size photographs Great chance to connect directly with TCS hiring teams and explore exciting opportunities in the Oracle HCM domain.
