**Qualifications** - BE, Btech- Computer Science Mandatory **Skills** - 4 to 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, HCM Modules (HCM/Absence/Talent/Helpdesk), Extract, Redwood, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL, ADP, ERP, Integrations, AI Studio **Key Responsibilities** - **Eligibility**Eligibility: - Provide L2/L3 production support, including: - Issue analysis and resolution - Root cause analysis - SR, Change, and release management support with documentation - Functional proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including one or more of: - Core HR - Security - Absence - Talent Management - Helpdesk - Excellent Technical hands-on experience to Design, build, and support custom reports and extracts using: - OTBI - BI Publisher - HCM Extracts - Fast Formula - Personalization /Redwood - Third-party systems such as ADP and Oracle ERP - Perform data loads and conversions using HDL and HSDL. - Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and define technical solutions. - Prepare technical design documents, effort estimates, and delivery plans. - Work closely with Oracle Support on production issues, product bugs, and patches. - Support Oracle quarterly releases and production validation activities. - Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security policies(SOX), and best practices. Problem Solving - Solves complex technical and functional issues independently. - Applies sound judgment by reviewing multiple sources of information. - Takes a proactive approach to improving existing solutions and processes. - Delivers stable, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions. **Notice Period- Immediate to 30days**
