Job description

**Job Title** : Oracle Fusion HCM Techno functional Must have skills Oracle HCM Cloud Development & Support, End to End Oracle HCM Cloud **Good to have skills** Implementation and Support experience on similar situation in past occasion. Mainly works on technical areas on Core HR / Absence modules will be added advantage Key responsibilities - Manage overall Technical aspects of HCM Cloud area like OTBI/BIP Reporting, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts etc. - Develop and support business rules with the help of Fast Formulas - Knowledge of Bursting and Personalizations etc. - Develop and support Business Process / Standard Process - Manage Approval Rules and Security - Develop / Maintain Existing Reports - Understand consolidation business requirements - Help QA team during Integration testing - Attend daily and weekly meetings with Onshore and other stakeholders
