Job description

**Key SLAs:** - Full P&L preparation, including but not limited to, accruals and prepayments, stock postings, Labour accruals. - P&L review with trend analysis delivered to the Account Manager to send onto the clients. - Complete Balance sheet reconciliations, including Income reconciliation - Support throughout the month on Bank Reconciliations - VAT Return preparations and reconciliations. - Ensure all tasks are accurately tracked and completed using the task management system, maintaining up-to-date client notes and supplier information. - Support colleagues when needed, ensuring clients continue to receive excellent service, even when team members are out of the office. - **Qualifications**: A bachelors degree in finance**, Accounting, Business Administration, or Commerce** is generally the minimum requirement. CA, CMA & M. Com will be added advantage. - **Experience**: At least 3-5 years experience in Management Accounting, with client-facing experience being a plus. **Skills**: - Proficiency in Excel is essential. - Knowledge of Xero is desirable but not required. - Knowledge of UK Accounting Industry. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to prioritize and manage your workload efficiently, especially under tight deadlines. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude. - Organized, methodical, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn. **Interested can contact (Akshaya HR - 8925770159).**
