**Passenger Support Services Position** **Job Overview:** Helping airport check-in staff with check-in, boarding, and seating issues. Act as a codeshare helpdesk. Resolve issues connected with ancillary services such as seating, baggage, and upgrades using EMD. Assist airport booking offices with reservations on own airline and interline ticket documents. Log incidents and escalate matters with Amadeus on Service Hub, following up until closure. Assist airport staff with mishandled baggage (MHB) and provide support to the network for World Tracer. Provide PNR and check-in history to airport and regulatory agencies for customer servicing requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties:** - Address airport network and aircraft-related DCS-Customer Management, reservation, and ticketing queries on a 24/7 basis. - Resolve or raise incidents with the system provider Amadeus and follow up until closure. **Specific Skills:** - Strong communication skills in written and spoken English. - Hands-on experience in MS Office preferred.
