**Mega Walk-In at TCS Hyderabad hiring Record To Report - Team Member!** Role: Team Member Skill: Record To Report, General Ledger Experience: 5 years to 10 years Job Location: Hyderabad Shift: Night Shift **Date: Saturday, 11th July 2026** **Time: 10:00 AM 12:30 PM** **Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Synergy Park (Non-SEZ), Gachibowli, Hyderabad - 500032** **Eligibility Criteria:** Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts Candidates must have a registered EP ID **Things to carry:** Candidates must carry a copy of their updated resume It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive Please carry 2 Photocopies of original Aadhar or PAN card Candidates must carry a passport size photo - Education: B.Com (Hons), M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, ICWA Inter. - Experience: 5-10 years in Record To Report or General Ledger roles. **Required skills:** - Minimum 5 year of experience in RTR, General Ledger - Should have experience in Review of Close functions - Balance Sheet analysis - Complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Month Close, Intercompany Billing, Cash Application. - Book Closing Activites, Preparing Complex JE, BS reconciliation, Fixed Asset Accounting, Lease Accounting, Escheatment process, ORACLE ERP, - Automation, Advance MS Excel - IFRS Knowledge, Team Management, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, Automation - 5 to 10 Years experience in Finance & Accounting process - Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting - Experience in preparing BS Reconciliations - Experience in preparing various month end activities like journals, (accrual, provisions, etc.), reporting (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) - Ensure all SLAs are met as per agreed timelines. **Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN):** EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview.
