**Role & responsibilities** - Develop consistent pipeline of Micro finance members & Customers - To Ensure Access to Equitas Products and services to maximum micro finance eligible members. - To mobilize maximum micro finance members to get enrolled to Recurring deposits of our Bank - Adherence to process and compliance as defined by the organization - Loan disbursement process to be done first time right . - Monthly productivity target for loan disbursement to achieved month on month
