**Role: Relationship Officer (Vendor Payroll)** **Department: Home Loan & Personal loan** **Qualification: Graduate/UG** **Experience: Fresher or Banking Product sales exp. of 0.6 to 5 Years** **Age: Below 40 years** **Two-wheeler: Required Compulsory** **CTC: for Fresher 18357/- + Incentives as per Business** **Location: All over Pune , PCMC & Rest of Maharashtra** **3rd Floor, Gawade Crystel LLP, Opp. Gawade Petrol Pump, Pimpri Chinchwad Link Road, Pimpri -Chinchwad - 411033** **Kondhwa & Katraj side Area, Kharadi and Nagar Road, Pune Central area, Pimpri Chinchwad Area** **Key responsibilities -** **Sales and customer acquisition:** Identify and meet potential customers to promote credit card products and achieve sales targets. **Product knowledge:** Clearly explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and fees of various credit cards to customers. **Application and onboarding:** Guide customers through the application process and ensure timely submission and processing of documents. **Customer relationship management:** Provide after-sales service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and manage customer relationships. **Lead generation and management:** Generate new leads and maintain a database of prospects and customers. **Reporting:** Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management. **Cross-selling:** Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products like loans, insurance, or savings accounts to existing and new clients. **If anyone interested in this job, please share your Updated Resume or Call on below Contact Number** **Akshaya :- 7020119292**
