**Job Summary:** We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and strengthen dealer/distributor networks. The role involves managing retail outlets, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory - Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors - Ensure availability, visibility, and promotion of Berger products at retail outlets - Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealers/retailers - Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and market trends - Execute promotional activities, schemes, and campaigns at the ground level - Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables - Maintain reports on sales performance, market feedback, and dealer performance **NOTE: NO BA graduate candidates.**
