**Role: RTR - Team Lead** **Skill: Finance and Accounting, RTR** **Experience: 5 years to 10 years** **Job Location: Chennai** **Shift Timing-12:30 PM-3:30 am** **Education:** **Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)** **Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA** **Must Have Skills:** - **5+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities** - **Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement** - **Excellent analytical and decision-making skills** - **Interaction with the client - Governance calls** - **SLA adherence** - **Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred** **Good to Have:-** - **Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet, Month close, tech, tools** - **Complex Accounting** - **Project Exp on Process Improvements** - **Excellent communication skills** - **MS Office skills** **Job Responsibility:-** - **100% WFO (work from office)** - **Willing to work in night and rotational shifts.** - **RTR experience required** - **Customer service skills** - **Well-organized and proactive** - **Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally** - **Good listening skills** - **Ability to work independently** - **Tracking budget expenses** - **Attention to detail** - **Maintains healthy vendor relationships** - **PC proficiency** - **Data entry skills** - **General math skills**
