**About Liability Sales** The Liability Sales department focuses on liability acquisition, retail assets, and forex business for the Bank. The team drives business through branch networks across India and is responsible for sourcing retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts, and forex business, with the objective of growing the Banks retail portfolio. **About the Role – Officer Sales** Officer Sales is a part of the Bank’s front-line sales team, primarily responsible for acquiring new customers and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves selling banking and investment products based on customer needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a **pure sales role** involving regular customer interaction, fieldwork, and daily travel. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify sales opportunities for bank and third-party products by acquiring new customers and building relationships - Develop and manage relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share - Achieve monthly sales targets as per the defined Grade Matrix (BDE / Officer / Assistant Manager Sales) - Maintain and track all sales and customer engagement activities in the CRM system - Ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI guidelines and all regulatory requirements **Qualifications** - **Officer Sales - 2:** Graduate with 1–2 years of experience - **Officer Sales - 1:** Graduate with less than 1 year of experience **Required Skills** - Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local language - Good lead generation and conversion capability - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong team player with a proactive approach **Interview Details** **Date:** 25th June 2026 **Time:** 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Venue:** Axis Bank Ltd.
