Experience in **Salesforce ecosystem** - Hands-on experience with: - **Salesforce AgentCloud / Agentforce / Einstein AI** - Salesforce Flows, Apex, and Lightning components - Understanding of: - AI/ML basics and conversational AI - Prompt engineering & generative AI concepts - Experience with: - APIs and integrations - Data Cloud or Customer Data Platform (CDP) - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce certifications (any of): - AI Associate / AI Specialist - Platform Developer - Data Cloud Consultant - Experience with: - OpenAI, LLMs, or generative AI tools - Chatbots, conversational UI/UX - Knowledge of **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)** architecture
