**Salesforce Tester** **Exp- 5 to 10 Years** **Role Overview** We are looking for a skilled **Salesforce QA/Test Engineer** to support **continuous improvement initiatives, KTLO (Keep The Lights On) activities, and release validation** across multiple Salesforce platforms. This role involves testing **SaaS-based Salesforce applications** spanning **Sales Cloud, Custom Risk applications, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Surveys, and Experience Cloud**. The ideal candidate will ensure **end-to-end process validation, high-quality releases, and seamless production support** in an enterprise Salesforce environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze and understand **business and functional requirements** - Design and develop **detailed test scenarios and test cases (including AI-assisted test creation)** - Execute **functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing** across: - Sales Cloud - Custom Risk application - CPQ - Marketing Cloud - Experience Cloud - Validate **end-to-end business processes**, including: - Lead-to-Opportunity - Quote-to-Cash - Campaign workflows - Survey journeys - Customer and Partner portal interactions - Test **custom Salesforce configurations**, including: - Objects, page layouts, flows, validations - Profiles, permissions, and security models - Integrations for Custom Risk applications - Validate **Salesforce CPQ processes**, including: - Product configuration and pricing - Quote generation and approvals - Amendments and renewals - Maintain and update: - Test scenarios and scripts - Test data - Defect logs based on releases and KTLO enhancements - Support **SIT, UAT, and regression cycles**, including: - Defect triage - Retesting - Production validation - Collaborate with **business analysts, administrators, developers, product owners, and automation teams** to enhance quality and test coverage **Required Skills** - Hands-on experience in **Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud)**, including: - Leads, Accounts, Contacts - Opportunities and pipeline management - Experience testing **custom Salesforce applications**, such as: - Risk applications on Sales Cloud - Custom objects, flows, validations, and security configurations - Strong experience in **Salesforce CPQ testing**, including: - Product configuration - Pricing and quoting - Approval workflows, amendments, and renewals - Experience with **Marketing Cloud**, including: - Customer journeys - Email campaigns and segmentation - Integration validations - Exposure to Salesforce Surveys and feedback workflows - Experience in **Experience Cloud (portals)** testing, including: - User access and permissions - Case management flows - Content validation - Strong knowledge of: - End-to-end business process testing - Integration testing - Defect management - Test management and automation tools **Experience** - Minimum 5**+ years** of Salesforce QA/testing experience across CRM and digital platforms - Strong understanding of **cross-functional business processes**, including: - Sales operations - Risk workflows - CPQ - Marketing - Surveys - Experience Cloud - Experience in **complex functional, integration, regression, and KTLO testing** - Familiarity with: - **Agile delivery models** - Structured testing methodologies - Test automation practices **Mandatory** - Strong understanding of **end-to-end Salesforce business processes** across multiple clouds - **Deep expertise in at least one** of the following areas: - Sales Cloud - CPQ - Marketing Cloud - Experience Cloud - Risk/Custom Salesforce applications **Nice to Have** - Test automation experience using tools such as: - **Playwright** - **Selenium** **Certifications (Preferred)** - Salesforce Certified Administrator or **Platform App Builder** - Salesforce **Sales Cloud Consultant** - Salesforce **CPQ Administrator / CPQ Specialist** - Salesforce **Marketing Cloud Certifications**: - Marketing Cloud Consultant - Email Specialist
