- **System Configuration:** Set up and customize SAP EHS modules (such as Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Product Safety, and Dangerous Goods Management) to match business needs. - **Process Analysis:** Run fit-gap analyses, map business workflows to SAP S/4HANA best practices, and write functional design specifications. - **Testing and Deployment:** Execute unit tests, integration tests, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with cutover and post-go-live hypercare. - **Integration and Compliance:** Ensure smooth data exchange with other SAP modules (like logistics or PM) and maintain accurate reporting for environmental and safety regulations **Required Qualifications** - **Experience:** 3 to 10+ years of hands-on functional experience with SAP EHS / EHSM implementations and support. - **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of environmental compliance, occupational health and safety, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., REACH, RoHS) - **Skills:** Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management.
