Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and support **SAP FICO modules** including: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Asset Accounting (AA) - Cost Center Accounting (CCA) - Profit Center Accounting (PCA) - Internal Orders & Product Costing (as applicable) - Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions - Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation - Support end-to-end **SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and upgrades** - Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) for integration - Identify and resolve functional and technical issues - Assist in data migration and validation - Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide post-go-live support - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls - Provide training and support to business users **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Strong experience in **SAP FICO configuration and support** - Solid understanding of **financial accounting principles** and controlling processes - Experience in at least one **full-cycle SAP implementation** - Good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD) - Familiarity with month-end and year-end closing processes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management
