Experience : 4 - 19 years Must have : - Minimum 4 years of experience and at least 3-4 full life cycle implementation experience with MNC client. Good to have SAP / S4 HANA experience/knowledge & SAFe knowledge. - PM Deliverables throughout program: - Must Have - Experience of SFDC implementation as PM - Multi-vendor coordination - Kickoff planning - Project delivery ownership end to end - Status reporting WSR and MOR - JIRA Ownership - CPI/SPI ownership to be in range (Honeywell standards) - Resource management - Cost plan reporting - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. - • Scope Management - Conduct project discovery efforts and business case development through feasibility analysis, SWOT analysis, etc. - • Demand Management - Identified 30/60/90 day forecast in conjunction with the C&CE team - • Schedule Management - Program, Project, and Sprint - Schedule Performance Index - • Risk Management - Conduct problem analysis using tools such as FMEA Analysis, root cause analysis, etc. - • Financial Management - SOW development - Invoice Accruals - Forecast Cost Plans - Cost Performance Index - • Quality Assurance - Knowledge sharing / retention sessions conducted - Conducted feedback process for consultants - Conduct requirement reviews to ensure quality deliverables
