Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Gather and analyze business requirements related to onboarding and employee lifecycle management. - Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 solutions. - Design onboarding, crossboarding, and offboarding processes. - Configure onboarding programs, tasks, hire processes, and workflows. - Manage integrations between Recruiting, Employee Central, Payroll, and third-party systems. - Configure compliance forms, e-signatures, and document generation. - Support business process optimization and automation initiatives. - Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices. - Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and process documents. - Execute SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. **Required Functional Skills** **SAP SuccessFactors Modules** - SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) - Employee Central (EC) - Recruiting Management (RCM) - Recruiting Marketing (Preferred) - Offboarding - Document Management - Compliance Forms - New Hire Activities - Crossboarding Processes **Preferred candidate profile**
