**Key Responsibilities:** - Implement, configure, and support **SAP SuccessFactors** modules such as: - Employee Central (EC) - Recruiting Management (RCM) - Onboarding - Performance & Goals (PMGM) - Learning Management System (LMS) - Compensation / Succession (as applicable) - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions - Configure workflows, business rules, data models, and security roles - Support data migration, integration, and system testing (UAT) - Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support - Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors - Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user guides - Support system upgrades, releases, and change requests - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data security standards **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Hands-on experience with **SAP SuccessFactors** - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices - Experience in at least one full-cycle SuccessFactors implementation - Knowledge of configuration, workflows, and role-based permissions (RBP) - Experience with integrations (SAP HCM / SAP S/4HANA / third-party systems) is a plus - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
