**Job Description SCCM Administrator** **Location:** **10th Floor, Prestige Sky Tech 1** Nanakramguda, Financial District Rangareddy District Telangana 500032, India **Experience:** **510 Years** **Key Responsibilities** - **Administer and maintain SCCM/MECM infrastructure.** - **Manage software packaging, application deployment, and patch management.** - **Perform OS deployment (Windows 10/11) using SCCM task sequences.** - **Monitor SCCM client health and troubleshoot deployment issues.** - **Manage endpoint inventory, compliance, and reporting.** - **Configure and support Windows updates and security patching.** - **Work with IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.** - **Create and maintain SCCM reports and documentation.** - **Troubleshoot SCCM-related issues and provide technical support.** **Required Skills** - **Strong experience in Microsoft SCCM/MECM administration.** - **Hands-on experience with Software Distribution, Patch Management, and OS Deployment.** - **Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.** - **Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.** - **Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and co-management is an added advantage.** - **Good understanding of endpoint security and device management.** - **Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.** **OR** **Job description** **Key Skills Required** - **Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot.** - **Troubleshoot and resolve M365 and Copilot-related incidents, service requests, and escalations from L1 support teams.** - **Support Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 deployment, configuration, adoption, and user enablement activities through multi environments.** - **Assist in administration of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio integrations.** - **AI-driven productivity solutions, integrations, and automation use cases using Microsoft Copilot technologies.** - **Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational procedures, security standards, and governance policies.** **Mandatory Skills Required** - **Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365** - **Power Automate & Copilot Studio** - **Incident, Problem, Change Management & RCA** - **Troubleshooting & Customer Support** **Experience** - **35 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio administration and support.** - **Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or AI-enabled Microsoft solutions preferred.** **Nice to Have** - **Azure Fundamentals** - **PowerShell Scripting** - **AI/Generative, AI Concepts and Governance** **If you are interested, please send me your updated resume** **jobinv1@hexaware.com** **Interested candidates:** **Please register using the Microsoft Form.** **https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/itjb31FF1v** **To access the Microsoft Form, please open the link attached in the Naukri questionnaire.
