**Hiring Requirement TOBA/Broker Management (DUMU)** Experience Criteria - Minimum **1+ year of experience** in London Market nsurance, Delegated Underwriting, Broker Management, or TOBA Administration. - Experience in Broker Onboarding, Broker Renewals, TOBA issuance/amendments, and due diligence activities. - Exposure to Lloyd's / London Market processes preferred. - Experience working with Underwriters, Brokers, Compliance, and Operations teams. Must-Have Functional Skills TOBA & Broker Management - Understanding of Terms of Business Agreements (TOBA). - Broker onboarding and setup activities. - TOBA issuance, renewal, amendment, and maintenance. - Review of broker documentation and regulatory information. - Broker due diligence and compliance checks. - Broker renewal tracking and monitoring. Delegated Underwriting Knowledge - Basic understanding of Delegated Authority business. - Knowledge of Coverholders, Binders, and Binding Authorities. - Familiarity with Coverholder and Broker Management processes. - Experience supporting annual reviews and monitoring activities. - Understanding of Lloyd's regulatory requirements. Compliance & Due Diligence - Conducting desk-based due diligence. - Reviewing compliance documentation. - Financial and regulatory validation of brokers/coverholders. - Escalation of exceptions and risk findings. - Maintaining audit trails and documentation. Preferred Systems Knowledge Candidates with exposure to any of the below should be given preference: - BRM (Business Relationship Management) - Lloyd's Atlas - OPUS - Eclipse - VIPR - DORT - Sanctions Screening tools - Delegated Authority platforms used within Lloyd's market Key Competencies Operational Skills - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to review legal/compliance documentation. - Data validation and reconciliation experience. - Exception handling and issue resolution. - Ability to manage multiple renewals and deadlines. Stakeholder Management - Interaction with brokers and underwriters, need basis. - Effective written and verbal communication. - Client-focused approach. Preferred Educational Background - Graduate in any discipline. - Insurance certifications (CII, Lloyd's certifications.) preferred. - General insurance or London Market exposure is highly desirable. **Interested candidates can walkin to the office for the interview.**
