**Role & responsibilities** **Technical Skills** - Cisco Switching: Catalyst series (9K or equivalent) - Cisco Wireless: WLCs and, Access Points - Cisco DNA Center (DNAC): Assurance, automation, compliance - Cisco ISE: NAC, authentication, authorization, guest access - Firewalls: Cisco Firepower / ASA (or equivalent enterprise firewalls) - Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, routing basics (OSPF/BGP fundamentals) **Certifications (Preferred)** - CCNP Enterprise / CCNP Security - Cisco ISE or Wireless specialization (good to have) **Soft Skills & Behavioral Expectations** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure in high-impact incidents - Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ownership mindset and attention to detail Willingness to mentor junior engineers **Preferred candidate profile**
