Position: Senior Solution Developer Location: Pune Experience: 3 to 8 Years Education: B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA **Job Description:** **Skills -** - Good Coordination and Communication skills - Proactive and Energetic - Good Problem Solving Skills - Hands on experience on Linux environment is mandatory. - Basic knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK,webapps and REST APIs is mandatory. - Basic Programing concepts ( Python/ C / C++ / JAVA) - Knowledge on Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD - Knowledge on Scripting, API Automation, Log Analysis, FastAPI - Good to have knowledge of AI/ML **Job Responsibility:** - Tier -3 Application Support - Production Environment Daily cron/health monitoring - Coordination with required teams to resolve the issues - Testing related with issue resolutions - IOT application operations and management - Report preparations for observations/ RCA - Grafana, Kibana/API Logs Monitoring and Management - Provide technical support to our customers, displaying a sense of urgency and discipline in making sure cases are updated and we meet our SLA.
