The finance function supports teams across Boston, New York, and the United Kingdom, ensuring accurate financial operations for a rapidly growing platform. Team members collaborate closely, work with high standards, and gain exposure to international processes and evolving business needs. How you will add value Core Responsibilities • You will review and analyze all travel and entertainment expenses. • You will ensure reports comply with company policies and flag issues. • You will prepare detailed expense reports and identify trends or risks. • You will maintain organized and accessible expense documentation. • You will support Accounts Payable duties when required. • You will code vendor invoices in Coupa and route them for approval. • You will support monthend and yearend close activities. • You will assist finance leadership with ad hoc tasks. What will help you be successful in this role Experience, Education & Certifications • At least 6+ years of experience in expense management or accounts payable. • Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Office; Workday preferred. Soft Skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Excellent attention to detail and timemanagement. • High professionalism and confidentiality. Work Schedule & Location • Standard shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST.
