Configuration Management Processes 5. Good Communication, Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement **Good-to-Have** Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners **1.** CMDB Operations 2. Worked on CMDB cleanup based on Client maturity models and create model if required **3.** Validating the existing CMDB data and filling the missing gaps
