Job description Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / Consultant HRSD, ITOM, IRM Experience: 4 to 12 Years Location: Pune Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Skills: ServiceNow, HRSD, ITOM, IRM, GRC, Custom App, App Engine, CMDB, Discovery, Flow Designer, REST APIs, Integration Job Summary: We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer / Consultant with strong experience in HRSD, ITOM, and IRM/GRC modules along with expertise in custom application development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions across the platform. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, ITOM, and IRM/GRC modules • Build\\and configure custom applications using App Engine / Studio • Design workflows, business rules, and automation using Flow Designer • Work with CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management (ITOM) • Configure HRSD modules including case management and employee service portal • Implement and support IRM/GRC modules (Risk, Audit, Compliance) • Handle integrations using REST/SOAP APIs • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions • Perform testing, debugging, and deployment activities Requirements: • 4 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow development • Hands-on experience in HRSD, ITOM, and IRM/GRC • Strong experience in Custom App development (App Engine / Studio) • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting • Experience with CMDB, integrations, and Flow Designer • Good communication and problem-solving skills To Apply: Please share your application at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/UX3jQDAcBz
