Job description

**Role & responsibilities:** - Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Event Management solutions. - Configure Event Rules, Alert Correlation, and Alert Aggregation mechanisms. - Integrate enterprise monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management. - Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB solutions. - Automate incident creation and event remediation workflows. - Monitor event processing and improve alert quality and operational efficiency. - Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. - Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams. - Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers. - Support ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, and platform enhancements. - Ensure CMDB data quality and service visibility across the organization. - Provide production support and resolve critical issues within SLA timelines.
