Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD solutions. - Design, configure, and implement HRSD applications and workflows. - Configure HR Case Management, HR Services, HR Agent Workspace, and Employee Center. - Develop and maintain HR Knowledge Bases and Employee Self-Service portals. - Implement Lifecycle Events including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. - Design and configure HR workflows, approvals, and notifications. - Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and other HR systems. - Support HR process automation initiatives. - Perform upgrades, enhancements, testing, and production support. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards. **Preferred candidate profile**
