**ServiceNow HRSD** **Job Description:** **We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer / Lead or Architect to design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform.** **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and customize **HRSD modules** including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management - Configure **HR workflows, lifecycle events, and integrations** - Build and enhance **catalog items, record producers, and Flow Designer workflows** - Implement **Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs** - Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems using **REST/SOAP APIs** - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions - Ensure platform performance, security, and best practices adherence **Required Skills:** - Strong experience in **ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)** - Hands-on with **JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting & platform development** - Experience with **Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal** - Good understanding of **ITSM and CMDB concepts** - Exposure to **HR lifecycle events and employee workflows** ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / HRSD) preferred
