Tcs is hiring for Servicenow IRM GRC (27th june in mumbai) EXP- 5to 13Years Location- Mumbai **Role & responsibilities** Job Description - Design, develop, and implement **ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions** including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules. - Configure and customize **risk and control frameworks**, including risk identification, assessment, scoring, and mitigation workflows. - Implement and manage **Policy and Compliance Management**, ensuring policies are defined, enforced, and audited effectively. - Develop and maintain **Issue Management and Exception Management processes**. - Configure **Audit Management workflows** including audit planning, execution, findings, and reporting. - Implement and manage **Vendor Risk Management (VRM)** processes including assessments and continuous monitoring. - Develop **business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows**. - Integrate ServiceNow with **external systems** (security tools, regulatory systems, third-party risk platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs. - Create and maintain **reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics** to track risk posture and compliance status. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IRM solutions. - Provide **L2/L3 support**, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
